Gresham Community Garden is a shared space for growing food and building a community.
Located in the Newport area of Middlesbrough, close to the heart of the town, Gresham Community Garden is an urban food growing space situated in one of the oldest residential neighbourhoods.
At around quarter of an acre in size, and surrounded by Victorian brick terraced houses, it provides a calm retreat for people to share time, relax and become a little more self reliant, growing fruit and vegetables for themselves, their families and friends. |
All are welcome at the Garden. You don't need to have special skills, give up a lot of time or make a commitment. You just need to share our values of being kind, accepting other people and wanting to make our corner of the world a little bit of a better place.
